Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave Dagsion
The Heroic Games city—train, shop, pray, certify, and recruit between matches.
Dagsion, stage of the Heroic Games
Dagsion is the central hub of Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave during the Heroic Games era. Matches honor founding king Dagda of the Dagdan Empire; current ruler Solel will grant one wish to the ultimate champion. Between bouts, the city is yours: facilities for gear, blessings, class exams, recruitment, and downtime. Later story framing—demon god Balor, Sothis, Eshmel, Fortuna time travel—still leans on habits you build here.
This page inventories hub activities revealed in Nintendo Directs ahead of the September 17, 2026 Switch 2 launch. Pair with the World Hub, Calendar, Dagda map, and Dungeons.
Prepare for battle — the city checklist
Official prep copy stresses that victory is hard, so preparation is key. Explore Dagsion between matches for equipment, boons, and more; new facilities unlock as the journey continues. You may also leave the walls to strengthen the team—but city turns are often the highest value per day.
Arena
Train to improve skills, unlock stronger weapon access, and learn new moves. On match days you can watch other participants to gather intel—scouting is a first-class strategy, not flavor text. Arena ranks feed Certification Exams for Beginner through Advanced jobs.
Shopping arcade
Purchase weapons and tools, or enhance weapons with collected materials. Materials flow from world skirmishes and dungeon delves. Weapon quality gates Combat Arts on the Combat hub—budget upgrades before finals.
Temple Row
Volunteer at temples to acquire a Blessing usable in battle: temporary stat buffs, damage reduction, and more. Blessings can be leveled for additional effects per store/Direct language. Temple days are how soft defenses keep Blaze Art HP spending (and Burst risk) manageable.
Certification Exams
Speak to an exam proctor to obtain a new class. Success is not guaranteed; bring the necessary skills. See Classes Hub and the speculative Tier List for planning—not for dogma.
Quests
Townsfolk post quests with deadlines. Rewards vary; some quest givers may matter later. Missed deadlines are calendar failures—track them beside match days on Calendar.
Recruit
Add warriors you meet. Early refusals can flip after gifts or shared meals—social systems echo series tradition without full support matrices published yet. New recruits often need Beginner canvases (Noble/Commoner) before Specialty.
Inns
Rest, eat, and spend turns to gain experience and gather materials automatically. Characters may converse and show supports here—quiet adjacency dividends for Gambits and positioned buffs later.
Match days in the city
Heroic Games matches play like classic Fire Emblem battles: deploy, blue move/red attack ranges, turn cycles, terrain, and effectiveness arrows (including color/arrow tiers for one- vs two-step advantages). Heroes spend HP on Blaze Arts; midpoint Blaze Gauge helps, full Burst halves max HP. Fortuna’s Blessing can rewind after a move when experiments go wrong.
City intel from the Arena stands should change your deployment—do not ignore watch actions the week a rival appears.
The four Heroes in Dagsion
- Cai of Ribeira seeks to win and save his imprisoned father.
- Dietrich washes ashore hungry for battle and new allies.
- Theodora of Saramis fights for her goddess’s honor and her kingdom’s peace.
- Leda abandons prestige for revenge against her father’s killer, also entered in the Games.
You can travel between Hero paths with progress saved per route. Dagsion facilities serve all of them; only your calendar priorities change. Character deep-dives live under Characters.
Leaving Dagsion
Beyond the walls: world-map towns, skirmishes, Hero field skills, and dungeons. Time passes when you move—always schedule return trips before the next match. Read Dagda World Map before long tours.
Suggested first-week rhythm (pre-release)
- Arena skills for your starter class.
- Temple Blessing before a scary bracket.
- Shop repairs after Combat Art spam.
- One recruitment meal if a standout unit appeared.
- Short map loop only if materials gate your weapon line.
- Sleep at the inn to bank passive gains when exhausted.
Refine with Guides and Tools checklists.
Lore edges and uncertainty
- How Dagsion changes in the Balor-era present is unclear.
- Full facility unlock order is unlisted.
- Exact blessing catalogs and exam fee structures are incomplete.
- Sothis/Three Houses chronology remains a tease.
